#1 Programming
After an initial consultation and establishing our working relationship, we dive deeper to understand your preferences, goals, and overall vision. We identify who will use the space, assess what’s working and what needs improvement, address key areas, review existing site conditions, and discuss timelines and expectations. This collaborative process is guided by thoughtful questions to ensure every detail aligns with your unique needs and objectives.
#2 Concept Development
Building on the programming phase, we both exchange mood boards and ideas-this being a collaborative process to further understand tastes and vision. We then present initial design concepts and begin to refine them. Space plans are evaluated to discuss flow, relationships, and adjacencies, ensuring functionality and harmony. Preliminary selections for materials, furnishings and finishes are reviewed to align with the project’s budget.
#3 Design Development
This is the stage where the vision comes to life as we finalize the design, select finishes and furnishings, detail joinery and millwork, and translate everything into detailed documents. We finalize with sign-off’s and proceed to project delivery.
#4 Project Delivery
Depending on scope, our project management team is able to provide support for placing orders and scheduling deliveries, joinery installation or full project management during construction, being onsite to ensure every detail is incorporated and managed as seamlessly as possible, saving you time, frustration and money.
#5 Closeout
We are thrilled to present your completed space, after completing our punch list, cleaning, staging, and capturing the stunning results through photography. Our final step is a comprehensive review with you to gather your feedback and input.
