Join us for a calming, mindful evening that will help you reset and recharge. This immersive experience includes a soothing sound bath, an introduction to the fundamentals of the chakras, and the creation of your own custom chakra bracelet to take home.

We’ll begin with soothing beverages and a mindful moment, followed by a grounding sound bath by Bloom with Sam. From there, we’ll explore the seven chakras: where they are located in the body, their associated colors, and what each represents.

You’ll then select your own chakra gemstones to create a personalized stretch bracelet, a meaningful keepsake.

We’ll close with a second sound bath, offering a moment to reflect and notice any shifts after deepening your understanding of the chakras.

For maximum comfort, bringing a yoga mat is recommended. No experience necessary and all other materials will be provided.
